WORTHINGTON -- March 26, 2026, Worthington Planning Board continues 190 Ridge Road special permit hearing to May 28. The board voted unanimously at its March 26 session at R.H. Conwell School to push the public hearing on a special permit and site plan review application for 190 Ridge Road, with the next session set for May 28 at 6:30 p.m. No testimony was taken. Four members were present, with the motion made by a member identified as Nestor and seconded by Kathy. The only other attendee was a representative of the applicant, identified as Mike, who confirmed he had no additional business. Brief informal discussion touched on a pending CBPC survey and neighboring Huntington's ongoing solar and ADU bylaw revisions, but no further action was taken.
