Worthington sees just 3 of 8 recorded deeds disclose a sale price in late summer stretch

Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show eight property transfers in Worthington between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $21,400 to $120,000, with a median of $25,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 211 West St., which sold for $120,000 on Aug. 21 from James O. Mendelsohn to Georgia and Joseph Metz. West Street saw two transfers overall. With five of eight deeds omitting price and two banks appearing as sellers, the available data does not support broader conclusions about market direction this period.
