Worthington recorded five property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, per Hampshire County Registry of Deeds data, though none of the five listed a sale price by the time of this report, so no price range or median is available for the period. Notable transactions include a trust-to-town transfer involving the Antonia P. Lake Trust, two estate transfers at 32 Brown Hill Rd and 280 Old Post Rd, and two transfers originating from financial institutions, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems and Florence Bank, at 17 Old North Rd and 494 West St respectively. Two homestead declarations were also recorded but are not property sales.
