The month's top recorded sale was 418 Old North Rd. at $150,000, sold by James Foley to Adams Community Bank. Old North Road saw the most activity of any street, with three separate transfers. Several deeds involved banks as sellers or buyers, and two listed "Declaration of Homestead" rather than a conventional buyer. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offers limited visibility into overall market conditions this period.
