Worthington Records Eight Property Transfers, but Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Worthington recorded eight property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $11,735 to $150,000 with a median of $120,000 among those three. The month's top disclosed sale was 418 Old North Rd. at $150,000, sold by James Foley to Adams Community Bank. Old North Road saw the most activity of any street, with three separate transfers. Several deeds involved banks as sellers or buyers, and two listed "Declaration of Homestead" rather than a conventional buyer. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited visibility into overall market conditions this period.
