Worthington deed filings show wide price gap between three disclosed sales
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show eight property transfers in Worthington between July 31 and August 29, but only three disclosed a sale price. Those three ranged from $21,400 to $150,000, with a median of $120,000. The month's highest disclosed sale was 418 Old North Rd. at $150,000, sold July 31 from Foley James to Adams Community Bank. Old North Road and West Street each had two recorded transfers. A bank appeared as either seller or buyer in five of the eight deeds. With five of eight sales carrying no disclosed price, the data does not support characterizing the period's market tone beyond the raw transaction count.
