The remaining seven deeds include two homestead declarations, a disclaimer, two estate-related transfers, a trust-to-town transfer and a transfer from a mortgage servicer, all without recorded sale prices at this time. With pricing available for only one of eight deeds, the data does not yet support a read on overall market tone.
